Woodblocx Ordering Terms & Conditions
Making a purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our on-line shop, and click on any item that you wish to buy or alternatively use our WoodBlocX calculator to calculate the components you require and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on “Add to basket”.
Payment
We accept credit card payment and certain debit cards. Delivery and orders are for mainland UK. If you are outside this area then please contact us.
Phone Orders
You can also telephone our helpline on 0800 389 1420 with your requirements. Our normal office hours are Monday to Friday 0730 – 1700 hrs. Please also advise when we can reasonably contact you in order to that we can confirm details and delivery. Upon receipt of your order, confirmation will be forwarded. We accept VISA, Mastercard, Switch/Maestro, and other Debit Cards and Personal Cheques.
Delivery Costs.
For delivery within the mainland UK there is a flat delivery rate of orders up to £50 - £10, orders up to £100 - £25, orders up to £300 - £35 and all orders over £300 - £45. Please contact us for a quote for delivery outwith mainland UK.
Delivery Schedule.
Goods are normally despatched in approximately 4-5 working days. Normally we cannot give timed deliveries, but we will contact you to give you a delivery date. If possible please try ensure that someone is available to assist in the off loading of the delivery. With your permission deliveries can be left at a secure location without being signed for.
Tax Charges
All orders delivered within mainland UK 20% VAT.
Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128-bit encryption. Protx, using secure servers, processes the credit card payments. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on the web site.

Munro Sawmills Ltd does not disclose buyers’ information to third parties.
Returns Policy
Providing you contact us within 7 days of receipt of goods we will replace faulty goods or shortages without charge. A 20% handling charge will be made for goods returned for any other reason. We will refund your payment within 7 days of the goods arriving at our factory, providing they are in the same condition as they were delivered.
