You can easily design your own WoodBlocX Garden features with our handy design tools.
Just follow the simple instructions below to create your own 3D models.
Once you have created your design just save the file and email it over to us we can use it to create a quote or to ensure that your design is structurally sound.
Instructions:
1. Download Google Sketchup
Do this simply by Clicking on the image below and following the instructions on the Google website. (you will be redirected to the Sketchup Website)
Google sketchup is a free 3D design programme. It may take a few minutes to download and install.
There is no charge or fee for downloading but it may take a little bit of time to learn to use the controls! Once you pick it up it is fairly straight forward.
2. Download our WoodBlocX pack for use with Sketchup
After you have downloaded and installed Google sketchup please click on the image below and download the file titled woodblocx.skp
.
Open up this file in Sketchbook and you will see all the different sizes of WoodBlocX. These can be copied and rotated any way which suits you and the design you want to create.
In the information tab at the top of the page you will find all the information you need about building with WoodBlocX. This includes corner details and buttress instructions.
Once you have created your design. Simply email us the file and we will be able to give you an accurate quote for your structure.
