Thanks so much for your feedback!
Excellent service, very good and prompt paperwork. On time delivery and neatly palletised, delivered to the location requested. Ample spares in case of misadventure.
Very well designed product, generates favourable comment from passers by as they are in a highly visible location. Instructions are good but it is not realistic to use a claw hammer instead of a lump hammer unless you are Geoff Capes. The lump hammer is essential. Two observations for Woodblocx:-
1. The capping was in one case not machined accurately, the holes were out of alignment from one end to the other. We resolved the problem by cutting 8mm out of the centre of the cap but it shouldn't be necessary. Recommend all users check the holes line up before attempting to fit the cap.
2. This is a premium priced product and all over the country users are sawing off bits of plastic for the cap and throwing them away. What a waste of energy and environment! Get true to your credentials Woodblocx and get some different colour plugs moulded the correct length for the top layer. It is only the cost of another mould!
Thanks very much for your comments and I'm sorry the capping wasn't up to our normal high standard. We will always replace any component that is not up to our usual high standards.
We appreciate your comments concerning the dowels. This has something we have considered in the past and in the future we hope to implement a new system which is even more user friendly.
