A new garden design – or a new determination to transform the garden – can be a daunting prospect (we know!). That's why we have a team of in-house design experts who are on hand to help you transform your garden with WoodBlocX.
Before you start, we recommend thinking about exactly what you want the garden for. Ask yourself questions such as...

Once you've nailed the basics, it's time to talk to our friendly design team to start your garden design.
All you need to do is send us a simple sketch or some sizes and a photo of the space you're looking to transform and we will be able to design WoodBlocX planters, raised beds, ponds, seating areas or retaining walls to fit in perfectly.

Just so you know, we only design solutions using our WoodBlocX product - we do not create planting plans or full garden landscaping designs (for example patios, decking or pathways).
Our design team have years of experience designing bespoke garden solutions using WoodBlocX so they will be able to help you with your design. Our service is completely FREE with unlimited revisions and puts you under no obligation to buy your WoodBlocX garden design.
After receiving your details we can normally get a design back to you within 72 hours. Sometimes in the Spring this can be longer (usually around 1 week) as we get much busier at that time of year.
If your design is urgent, please let us know and we'll do everything we can to start on your garden project as soon as possible!
Once we have drawn up your FREE bespoke WoodBlocX design we will email over a 3D model in a PDF document. This will show your design and a price which includes delivery and all the WoodBlocX components you need to build your structure.
Our design team will be available to revise your design until are completely satisfied!
Once you are 100% happy with your bespoke WoodBlocX design we upload it to our website ready for you to purchase. We will then send you a link so that you can order easily online and choose a delivery date that suits you.
We can normally get from design to delivery in about 1 week (during our Spring peak season, this may be slightly longer).
Once you receive your WoodBlocX order, our knowledgeable customer service team is always on hand to help with any questions or queries you may have during your build.
