2. Your 3D Design
We aim to get back to you with an initial design within 72 hours - this lead time can be slightly longer during Spring and Summer as we can get very busy!
Your personal WoodBlocX designer will email you a PDF Design Pack with your 3D design and a price with delivery.
If you would like to make changes, please reply to your designer - they will work with you to create a bespoke WoodBlocX design that fits your garden perfectly.

3. Order Online
When you are ready to order, your designer will upload your bespoke WoodBlocX kit to our website and send you a direct link to buy online (you can also pay over the phone).
UK delivery is FREE and usually takes around 3-4 working days.

A very positive experience in every way, help advise and guidance always available. I found the kit easy to understand and build, I added a water blade / waterfall for added oxygen input, the addition of underwater lights also add to the impact. The pond was finished with a light Oak wood stain

The whole process was really great. I was a very pernickety customer from the start, but the designer uncomplainingly accepted all my many tweaks and design changes until we finally had a completely fit for purpose design. The blocks came quickly and efficiently within a few days and my husband and I were able to install it ourselves despite both being OAPs and my husband (75) having Alzheimer’s. (In fact he had a high old time, wielding the lump hammer and whacking all the little pegs in.) We’re dead chuffed with the result, and even the dog loves it! Thank you Woodblocx for our lovely, new, totally unique garden feature. ??

The design process, order placing, delivery and product quality were all excellent. My only criticism is that the web site shows nice mellow wood colour, whereas the pressure treatment leaves a greenish tint, but maybe it'll soften in time.
The photo shows the finished structure with protective lining, before filling with soil and planting.

Regarding the greenish tint in the timber, you’re absolutely right that pressure-treated wood can initially appear more greenish in tone. This is a natural result of the treatment process and typically softens over time as the wood weathers and settles, especially with exposure to light and air.
We also appreciate you sharing your observation about the website imagery — feedback like this is very helpful as we continue to improve how we represent our products.

Having ordered a larger, pillared wall few weeks back, already knee what the design could look like for a smaller section for other side of the drive, to match, as was impressed with the wall. Amazing from design (Harry Paulin was brilliant) to delivery (Delivery was sorted while I was out and left in a perfectly safe place) - really enjoyed building the wall as well. Loads of my neighbours have commented on the wall any asked where I got it from.

I used the helpful design service to tailor an L-shaped bench with planters. Everything was delivered without hassle within a week and I was able to assemble the bench on my own in (roughly) 10 hours. It's quite self explanatory though also a good workout with all the hammering. Watch out for the "pins" holding everything together having two different lengths - this nearly caught me out at the end. Though not cheap, it was around half the price I was quoted by a professional company to do something similar plus you get the satisfaction of putting it together yourself! Overall, we are very happy with our new bench and planters which are the first step in revitalising this corner of our garden.

The design service was very helpful in creating a bespoke raised bed for us and the purchase process was simple. Delivery was also efficient.
We haven't built our raised bed yet but don't foresee any problems. The website video looks easy to follow.

We wanted to enhance our garden with raised-bed planters, incorporation a simple seat as well. From start to delivery the WoodblocX experience has been excellent. We described and uploaded a sketch of what we wanted and received a 3-D depiction very quickly. We added a further planter to our requirements and received an updated picture. Once we committed to purchase we received colour-coded detailed building instructions. Although, because of age and health, we have a contractor doing our build for us, we could easily have followed these instructions ourselves, they are so clear. We were able to choose a delivery date to suit us and our contractor. The delivery arrived on the agreed date and the delivery driver was extremely helpful. I would thoroughly recommend the WoodblocX company to anyone.

Wooden ‘Lego’ set for the garden means it is straight forward on organising and building. As with Lego, read the step by step instructions, ensure the blocks are the right way up and the correct peg is used (2 sizes). It can be noisy so, if you are sensitive, use ear defenders. Be conscious of the noise for neighbours but it does not take long, so day time construction is reasonable.
