Our building kit has every tool necessary to construct your WoodBlocX structure...plus it includes a quality hessian satchel bag!
Use the lump hammer to knock your blocks into place, spirit level to check your plumb, wear the gloves to protect your hands and use your string line to mark your space.

Although the toolkit might hold tools you already have I would definitely recommend buying it for the Wood Blocx specific tools - dowel extractor and cutter.

It was incredibly easy to build the product, taking us only a few hours to build two huge planters. The instructions are very clear and we the mallet provided is an essential to getting the building done quickly.

Once it is built it looks good but the videos and guides to help are really insufficient. They sound like a meditation video and before you know it all is done. This is not our experience. We spent a day and a half with two people trying to get everything lined up. There should be videos on most common issues such as the actual act of banging the pieces of wood down (how hard do you actually have to hit to get them down!) The holes for the dowels in the wood had to be cleaned up in most occurrences and there was little to no extra wood or dowels if a mistake occurred.

Straight forward design service. Fast and responsive, no complaints there. However, the quality of the product leaves a lot to be desired. The images show a high-quality finish, but in reality, the blocks are all different sizes so there are odd gaps between the blocks. Basically more care in the production of the blocks could make this a fantastic product. It does look fine and is eminently useable, just a little disappointing in the finish.

Good looking product with plenty of choice of shape and size. Bought an octagonal raised bed for a community garden. Not a cheap product but build by amateur DIY'ers saved the cost of paying a professional builder or landscaper so became an affordable option.
More complicated to build than expected, recommend careful sorting of blocks and study of build instructions and layer lay-outs. Also need to have first layer perfect to give any chance of getting the capping pieces level. Finished product looks good
