The staff at Kirkhill Primary School wanted to create a garden and seating area in an underused grassy area of the school grounds. They opted for two of our Triple Planter Benches and decided to get the school's pupils involved in the building process.
Preparation and building
The planter benches were being built directly onto the grass; for any structure built on grass, we supply ground spikes which are added to the first layer of BlocX and help to hold the structures firmly in place.
The school's pupils got involved in all aspects of the build and they did a great job too!

The planter benches provide plenty of seating space, and with eight large square raised planters, there's lots of space for the children to grow plants and edibles.
